Made of ABS/nylon plastic
Used to align, lock, and space cylindrical cells in a battery pack
Prevent cell movement, short circuit, and overheating
Allow air gap between cells for cooling

32140 DOUBLE → for 32 mm × 140 mm cells (used in high-capacity energy storage)
32700 DOUBLE → for 32 mm × 70 mm Li-ion / LiFePO₄ cells
26650 DOUBLE → very common for solar & inverter batteries
21700 DOUBLE → EV, power tools, high-drain packs
18650 DOUBLE → most common Li-ion packs
18650 SINGLE → single-cell mounting or edge placement
Meaning of “DOUBLE” vs “SINGLE”
DOUBLE → holds 2 cells side-by-side
SINGLE → holds 1 cell only
